Next week I'll be flying to Ghana to work on a United Nations project. They will be bringing together non-profit and government leaders from 15 West African countries to learn how to weave network and work together.

Very interesting...

Can you make contact with Hans Determeyer at G-Rap, Accra. (hans.determeyer@g-rap.org ) I have been working with him on mapping networks of NGOs that his project is funding, and those they are working with. You can find some bits and pieces of work yet to be completed at
http://www.mande.co.uk/CivicEngagementwithGPRS2.htm
http://www.mande.co.uk/DonorsupportforGhanaGrowthandPovertyReductionStrategy%28GPRSII%29.htm

and a general introduction to network models of development projects at

Please also let me know in detail what you manage to do, if you dont mind. I will be back in Accra in July.
